Day time cold and flu for the day and then while you are out you might want grab the night time cold and flu to help ya sleep. You might also want to grab some menthalatom, I'm not sure if that is how you spell that, to rub on your chest or a little right below your nose to clear your sinuses.

You can take a medecine with a decongestant in it (such as tylenol sinus daytime). It takes a time to act, but can keep you going for the day. Ok, you won't jump on the ceiling, but at least your nose and sinus pressure will be better.

Apart from that, well, sleep well, drink a lot of liquids, ans you can try echinacea to make it gone earlier.

Hope this helps

I agree with the other three answers at this point. Products for daytime cold symptoms and likewise products for nigh time symptoms work to some extent. Although this is after the fact, the next time you feel the symptoms of a cold coming on, try a product by the brand name of ZYCAM. Not a cure for the cold, but clinically proven to lessen the symptoms and duration.

I sat on the bathroom and did this, no longer interior the bathe. i does no longer take the rest with out asking a Dr, yet once you call a pharmacist at Walgreens on CVS they could have the skill to make some thoughts. however, the advice I even have given is precisely what my Dr. reported while i replaced into pregnant.
