edit: i would love to ask her out but again im not sure how to do it, i have managed to ask her out and we are going out somewhere soon. but what should i say to her of i want to go out with her again like kiss and all

Go hangout with her somewhere where it's possible to talk good, not to a movie. & when it's good timing tell her you need to speak to her about something & tell her you've been holding something in for along time and you can hold it no longer & just say what you feel.... it's going to be nerve wrecking but you've got to get it out so that you can either do something with it or just get over it.

give her a good laugh and a fun time
right before your departing give her a gentle kiss and see what happens

and then take a step backwards in case she slaps you or vomits or wants a big ol' kiss. If she wants a bok, you better have a breath mint in.

Well you shouldn't just tell her because that might freak her out, you know, give her license to run away. Get close to her first. If you already are then hang out with her more, and maybe she'll come to like you more. Then you should ask her out and when you do, she wouldn't be totally taken back by it because she might have expected it. On your date or something you should tell her you have always liked her. i don't know how old u r, but either way, just tell her the truth..don't keep it in..who knows..she could like u n just doesn't want 2 tell u because she's scared..u never know..and if she doesn't like u..try ur best 2 move on..whatever u do, don't play games with it..that mess slices like a knife..

all you have to do is ask her while no one is around her so it's a little easier on you. then just take her to the movies or mall and let her get to know you a little better
