You don't do anything seeing as how she's your ex girlfriend you probably won't be seeing them as much anyway number one and number two her friends don't know that it's true they only know what she says and she could be saying it because you two are no longer together. And I know your a man but don't let if affect you, you were good enough for her then she slept with you so that shouldn't bother you.

Just ignore them or laugh when they do it. It's your word against hers and they may just think she was lieing. If you get upset or mad, it will prove her right. You could always say... only felt that way to her because she is so LARGE!!!! Not nice, but might work.
