Here is what to do. Make BIG plans for New Year's Eve and keep them. Get all dressed up and go out, be with "people" and Laugh,Have Fun. Stay "sober" so you can remember the night. If you can't go out, invite people over and have Fun and Laugh. Until then, only watch the "comedy network" and stay away from "sad" shows and music. Get out and "walk", it is a great way to "talk" to yourself while enjoying the surroundings, no matter what they are. You can do it, your a "woman". Happy New Year.

try to realize what has made you get the blues - is it the gifts, people or just the season? once you can figure out what's bothering you, you can face it and then you'll start feeling better. then start thinking of what makes you happy and plan for it. remember new year's is coming and that means a whole new beginning - plan things that you would like to do and set goals to make them happen in the new year. good luck.

I understand how you feel. I'm always nervous about Christmas being over. For different reasons (you understand). I am just going to keep planning stuff to look forward to. So you always have a little something more to look for. How about you make that your New Year's resolution? Good luck girl! Happy New Year!!!!!!

But I started thinking about it, and its kind of sweet.... He is worried about me. I try VERY Hard to focus on the positive things and to let go the blues. Good luck.

Plan a New Year's party! Doesn't have to be big or expensive, just something to ring in the new year with some friends. If you don't have any friends, make some by inviting them over!
