how did you mail it did you mail from a Post office, did you
have the customs form filled out? how did you send it
regular mail, Global priority mail or Global express mail?
did you include a return receipt or a Proof of deliver card with your package? what was in your package some things are prohbited by Israeli customs

if you sent say via Global express mail then you may have a tracking number, the others require a return receipt
which you could have gotten at the post office

Do you have a tracking number? If so, you should be able to go to http://www.usps.com/ and click on the link in the top right-hand corner "track & confirm."

Then, you should be able to enter the tracking number or receipt number to track your package.

go to the companys website and try to find out. If you don't have the infomation they call the company.
