I have a judgement for 5,000 they sent me a letter saying they were nice people and would like to negotiate a settlement and talk about options. But when I called they were rude and didn't have any options except Pay it off! Is there any organization that deals in this? (to help negotiate?) other than a lawyer.

Not that I know of. I would hire a lawyer to negotiate a settlement of, say, 50%.

Of course they want you to pay it off, you owe the money and did not pay so they had to go through the trouble of hiring a lawyer, sueing you and no trying to collect.

Pay it off and learn from this. Do not borrow money or use credit cards again. Do a monthly budget and leve within your means.
