Boil your eggs, cut in half take the yokes mix with mayo and mustard, I usually add a tablespoon of mayo and a teaspoon of mustard at a time until it has the not to tart, not to sweet taste and then to make them look nice on the tray sprinkle just a dab of paprika on each egg.

I like adding pickles to mine and I use my mini food processor to mix all it finely. If you don't want to use mayo try using pain yogurt. If I was to fix 6 eggs, I'd use about 1 1/2 tbsp of mayo., just a squirt of mustard and about 1 tbsp of pickles.

Bacon Deviled Eggs:
3 slices bacon (3 oz.)
8 hard-cooked large eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Salt and pepper
1. In an 8- to 10-inch frying pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon, turning slices as needed, until browned on both sides and crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. When cool enough to handle, crumble bacon.
2. Cut each egg in half lengthwise; gently scoop out yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, then stir in mayonnaise, green onions, mustard, and crumbled bacon until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spoon or pipe about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
Yield: Makes 16 deviled eggs; 8 servings

Boil eggs, yes. I mix the yolk with mayo and pickled relish. I have not had any complaints yet. Only compliments. Don't forget the salt and pepper to taste.

Mayo and mustard, to taste. I agree on a specialty mustard. You can also go to any recipe site and they will have good recipes for deviled eggs. Very simple.

cook eggs twenty mins boiling right,
then you slice in half careful not to break the white,
take the yolks out right,
put them in a bowl with two tbls mayo or mircl whp, one tsp must, salt and pepper to taste, and mash um up.
Pipe this mix into the egg halfs you have saved with a pastry bag for special effect, and sprinkle with paprika for nice color not to much cause paprika tastes like shizzle

I mix mine to taste... depending on how many, a cup of mayo, three teaspoons of mustard, I also use one small teaspoon of pickled relish, black pepper, celery seed.
just mix to taste..more mayo than anything....but dont forget the pepper.
I use grey poupon mustard becuase it has a richer taste than 50 cent jar mustard.
everything is unhealthy these days.....
