I'm Muslim. Mean people are in every country, culture or religion. Being mean doesn't have to be in association with ur religion or the reverse. I know Muslims who are mean but they aren't true Muslims. I know mean people from other religions. But saying that Muslims are mean is some sort of stereotyping.

Hi Jasmine,
I myself am not a Muslim (as my name suggests, I'm a Pagan). However, I love Islam and find its beauty striking. Yes, it has its extremists--but so does every other group. Judging a people/religion by its extremists is very shallow.

I wonder why the mainstream, peaceful Muslims aren't more vocal about isolating, condemning, and removing the "few" hotheads.
