i haven't heard from a guy friend of mine in over a week. He just had a death in the family. Is he just dealing with his loss? Normally I wouldn't questions people's actions during a time like this, but this guy is so on and off all the time anyways. Right before all this happened he admited he had some feelings for me.

I texted him to let him know that I was going to give him his space, but if he needed me I was there for him. Haven't heard anything at all.

Just give him some space. During bereavement, no one wants to feel pressured while they are attending to family matters. If you call him alot, he will think you are selfish and dont care about what he is going through. I say give it another week...then if you still havent heard from him move on.

More than likely, he's just dealing with the loss. Have you tried calling him? Or just letting him know you're there if he needs you? If so, then just let him come to you when he's ready. Death affect people differently. Just be sure to be there for him when he's ready.

Have you called him and/or sent your condolences? If not, time is running out. Call him and find out how he is feeling. Times like this, guys need space but they also need to talk. A week should be long enough...call him and show him that you care.
