Where would I find a good online study of the differences of the quran and the bible?
I am a Christian who wants to understand what Islam people think and believe.

How about instead of looking for the easy, instant answer, that you actually do some research yourself?
Read your Bible. From beginning to end. Take notes on each book, and try to discuss it from a literary perspective, focusing on tone, themes, characters, and context.
Do the same with the Qu'ran. Both can be found in online versions.
I'm sure this will be enlightening for you.

If you are muslim then read Quran Chapter No. 19 upto 38 is "Bible-within-Quran / Built-In Bible " as per prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) knowledge...
in simple words "Quran have verses Clearly mentioned Muslims should belive on Bible, Jews Sabi Scriptures & Quran...
Prophet Mohammad has indicated portions of Quran as Books of Religions in original forms....
Allah knows the truth of all..
