I saw a documentry type show on TV a while back
where a man had
cut up the credit card offer
taped it back together
crossed out the address and put his parents address (where here hadn't lived since he left home for college
then sent it in

they still sent him the card

Your are right or go to the website also listed on the back of these offers. I did this last summer and do not get any now.
