Mortimer - Your talking about people who were not good followers. Good point.

muuterhal - Either that or your understanding of God is, shall we say, lacking. Something tells me its the latter. LOL!

Kithy - Like you understand God in the old testament, and why he did what he did. Please.

Your premise that God was wrong in the Old Testament is audacious and foolish. You don't have God's perspective on things. Its MUCH smarter to trust God.

Nobody ever could represent the Creator (his Father) better than he did (and still does). Jesus himself said "not my will, but my father's." He lived only to do his Father's will, and that's what he did. Everything he did reflected his Father's qualities, and he always gave credit to his Father for everything he was able to do, including healing, and so forth. Now, although resurrected and in spirit form, he still does the same thing in everything he does.

No, and the reason is simple; Theres no way anyone could represent Him better, because Jesus Christ is literally the Word of God made flesh.

Actually, jesus was a pisspoor rep for the big guy, at least according to the god of the old testament. I think jesus was devised as a way to make christianity more palatable.

Nope. We also recognize how he accepted every person that came to Him without trying to convert them. He accepted them with love and then told them to be good.

I don't believe there is a creator but Benny Hinn is able to scam more money than Jesus ever thought of.

When did Jesus become the creator? Wasn't that his daddy's claim to fame?
