Docs call these sinus shiners. I would guess that you have a lot of allergies/colds. You need to boost your immune system for starters. For a quick fix you can get a syrum at the cosmetics counter. Sudden Change under eye. It is comprised mostly of Vitamin K which thins the blood in the area allowing the blood to flow better.

So I work for a Plastic Surgeon, but I also have the black circles so I have 2 answers for you.
1) It sounds like your circles are genetic. (Mine are) I've noticed that lack of sleep, a lot of salt in my diet and being dehydrated exacerbates the problem. There are some over the counter products that have a cooling effect (like gels) and de-puff your eyes short term.
2) There is a procedure called a blepharoplasty. It is an eye lift. From what you describe, it sounds like you might only want to research a lower blepharoplasty. Check it out on the web.
Now, I myself have not had the procedure and may never have the procedure. I know that it DOES work but the pros of going under the knife have not outweighed the cons and so until they do, I watch my salt intake and make sure I get plenty of rest.
Hope this helps.

For one thing I would get plenty of rest, another put cucumbers on ur eyes.Another is u need some vitamins, more than likely ur immune system is really low.take vitamin c 1000mg w/rose hip.another is a daily multivitamins w/iron.All sorts of vitamins are great to take.the thing about it is,u need to take it every day.& to eat healthy.also a smoker will have dark circles under their eyes.so if ur a smoker than u need to consider stop smoking.hope this helped a lot.

it may be an allergy, a nutritional problem, and related to sunlight, among other things.
do your homework on the stuff...search the net and get proper advice before trying anything.

Nisi, I'd stick with the Vitamin K cream that Sissy mentioned. You can pick that up at any vitamin store at the mall. Apply it morning and night. It also works on bruising if you bruise easily. Apply it thinly though and consistently.

i know this sounds crazy but take a vititam with iron , like flinestones, and it will help, you probably have a lack of iron, or it is allergies and u need allergy medicine . if they are worst at that time of the month it is iron , if not allergies

If its genetic, use makeup. Really, not much else to do there.
