I know quantum physics. But, most folks who use that term know not what they are saying. These pseudo-intellectuals presuppose that such name dropping will impress others. And, it will, but only those who also know not the meaning of the word.
Here at the Zoo where I live, we know that quantum physics is simply using two or more fields of science simultaneously to arrive at a prediction and description of an event.
For example when we see the Zoo keeper walking across the parking lot, after eating too many beans, and it is raining on his head, we can predict that if he makes it to the restroom, he will sit on the toilet and urinate and defecate at the same time.
The quantum physics formula would be:
Gi (gastronomic passages irritated) + Ma (Meteorological activity -rain) + Ts(Sufficient time to destination) + PS(Psychosomatic influence of rain on bladder sphyncter) = [D + U]simu - (Deficication and Urination simultaneosly)
The primary variable in this quantum physics formula is "T" (time). Ironically, "Time" is usually the variable in all quantum physics formulae.
(What did you expect? Space time continuum described by Einstein's visit to the railroad terminal?)

You don't have to know the theories to use the laws. I don't understand all the theories behind thermodynamics and respiration, but I still live and breathe on the planet.
