I was born in the 60s, and the 60s passed me by, fortunately.
I'd have a difficult time getting enough Cardinals to vote me in as Pope, but there's always hope.

A few things happened in the sixties that were different from other decades.
What you consider the "60's" is either what you personally went through or what the media sold you. Sexual liberation has been around always, it just hasn't been publicized as much; Nam Vets' stories hardly differ from those told by the GI's in Iraq. And Hippies and Yippies are as alive now as they were in the sixties, forties and 20's.
There have been people from all walks of life ALWAYS, regardless of which decades they've lived through.
So pious people will always be there. Anyone who conducts their life as per the unwritten rules or fashions of the times is doomed to lose their identity.

If you mean the hippy-oriented social mopvement of the 60's, yes because that was an overwhelmingly Euro-American movement, and future popes will probably come from Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
