back pains could be braxton hicks contractions, and just the extra weight she is carrying around as for the stomach pain is it an upset stomach? or does it feel like contractions shes already had a child so she should know a little more about this lol...and midwives are usually always on call, so call the DR

Are you female? It could be PID (pelvic inflammatory disease - an infection) or something like ovarian cysts or endometriosis. Does it get worse with your cycle?

Endo can also cause nausea, leg pain, pelvic and abdominal pain.

There are too many things it could be but you really need to get a doctors opinion. In case it is serious and maybe life threatening.

Usually with a UTI the pain is only when you urinate...at least it was with me. I never had back pain with a UTI. Get to your doctor.

This could be your kidneys acting up. I would seriously consider seeing a doctor, you don't want your kidneys screwing up on you.

sounds like kidney stones, get some cranberry juice, get checked for appendix

bad eatign habits....try to stay away from 'acid'-foods, such as milkproducts, meat and pasta (and good luck with it!)
