Yes. Most names He goes by are titles. For example, Elohim is a title, but is often incorrectly used as God's given name. However, tradition holds that his actual proper name is Ahmen. It is interesting to note that this name is similar to the Egyptian head god.
Jehovah is also a title. It most likely means "I AM", referring to His self existent relationship with the world.

Yes, God has A name (not many names). Don't confuse yourself on God's NAME with TITLES. Do you have a name that will distinquish yourself from the rest of us? Or you would rather be called Mr., Mrs., Ms., Hey, You, Boy, Girl, Man, Woman, etc....?
God's name can be found in the bible nearly 7000 times. Look in your King James Bible, God's name can be found in Exodus 6:3; Psalms 83:18; Isaiah 12:2; 26:4. Better yet, let me just paste some scriptures for you to read.
(MKJV Exodus 6:3) And I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as God Almighty. But I was not known to them by the name JEHOVAH.
(MKJV Psalms 83:18) so that men may know that Your name is JEHOVAH, that You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
(MKJV Isaiah 12:2) Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also has become my salvation.
(MKJV Isaiah 26:4) Trust in Jehovah forever; for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.
(KJV Isa 43:10) Yee are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my seruant whom I haue chosen: that ye may know and beleeue me, and vnderstand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
(NWT Isaiah 43:10) “YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “even my servant whom I have chosen, in order that YOU may know and have faith in me, and that YOU may understand that I am the same One. Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none.
(KJV Isa 43:11) I, euen I am the Lord, and beside me there is no Sauiour.
(NWT Isaiah 43:11) I—I am Jehovah, and besides me there is no savior.”
(KJV Isa 43:12) I haue declared, and haue saued, and I haue shewed, when there was no strange God among you: therefore yee are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God.
(NWT Isaiah 43:12) “I myself have told forth and have saved and have caused [it] to be heard, when there was among YOU no strange [god]. So YOU are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “and I am God.
(KJV Isa 43:13) Yea before the day was, I am hee; and there is none that can deliuer out of my hand: I will worke, and who shall let it?
(NWT Isaiah 43:13) Also, all the time I am the same One; and there is no one effecting deliverance out of my own hand. I shall get active, and who can turn it back?”
You see, Psalms 83:18 says, "you ALONE is the most high" (no trinity here either) and Isaiah 43:13 says, "all the time I am the SAME One." God is God of order why would he deliberately confused people with many names? God's name is Jehovah whether people accept it or not that is His name. GOD or LORD is not a name, it is a title, period. You could open up the dictionary and look up the name JEHOVAH.

Many names, but what's the point of calling God by one of his many names if you cannot call him Father? Children of God know him as their Father, and not in a cold, distant way, but intimately, as little children call their father "Daddy" - "Abba". And the really important question is, 'Does God call YOU by name?'
