I previously posted a question about my (illegal) neighbors playing loud music for all hours into the night, and the police not doing much about it, because by the time they arrive the music is off. One posted said to call INS to have them deported. Is it really that simple? If so, why are millions still here? I just want to know if being deported is as simple as that. And yes, the loud music problem is still happening.

Here is what you do.
First, video tape their house with audio to show that they are being loud.
Second, show the tape to the police, if they do nothing, then write the mayor about the police not doing their job.
Third, call the ICE, they should do something, but the government should do a lot of things that it doesn't.
If all of these do not work, you can always gather up your neighbors and have them sign a petition so that they are mostly forced out of the neighborhood. If that doesn't work, burn a cross in their yard, that should scare the hell out of them and make them move.

It's not INS (Immigration & Naturalization Services) anymore, it's ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement), and you probably can't get 1 individual or even 1 household deported. You can call ICE and report them and they will be added to a list of potential immigrants to investigate ... it's just not so cut and dried to get someone deported back across the border these days.

I live in a town in New Jersey where there is a high concentration of known Brizilian illegals. I have turned a number of them in to our local police. Because my son is a police officer in another town, my wife and I have gotten to know some of our local officers personally. One of them told me recently that their hands are pretty much tied regarding the illegals. At one point, apparently our cops had 15 illegals in our municipal jail. When they called ICE to come get them, they were told by ICE that they were so undermanned, that unless the cops collected 25 illegals minimally, doen't even bother calling ... release them!

It's just not so simple to get action, but keep reporting your neighbors. Maybe one day you'll be awakened in the middle of the night by local police and ICE agents rounding them up and getting them into a truck to remove them from your neighborhood. That's the first step!

It's not a guarentee they will be deported. They have THOUSANDS that are felons in just my state that are on the list to be deported. But it is important to not let these disturbances go unreported whether the police actually do something or not. I wish it was as easy as nicely going over and asking them to turn it down but 99.9/10ths% of the time they turn it louder and start causing more problems. This little tactic of making peoples lives a living hell is causing more and more to move to get away from it. That's why towns are just being taken over. Unfortunatly all the citizens can't run forever just to find a hospitable place to live. That's why so many are fighting to have their basic laws enforced. Once quite nice towns are becomming a war zone with the lifestlye the illegals are bringing. People are going to have to take a firm stand before there's nowhere left to live.

call the mayors office and complain about the music and about the police not doing their job. if you wish keep calling INS, eventually they will be out there to check them out. or you could vandalize their cars when they are in bed. maybe they will move out. lol.

N O, the INS would investigate first and then decide whether to deport them or not. They may have a green card or visa to work in the USA!!!!

You can call ICE (1-866-347-2423) to report your suspicions but there is no guarantee that they will investigate or that the people will be deported.

No, don't waste your time calling, they won't do anything about it. If they really wanted all the illegals out of here, they'd be out by now. Oh, and how do you know they're illegal??
