i have those too. It possiably could be u pinching a nerve u not getting enough air. Im not 100% sure, but I have those too. My mother is a nurse and she told me some solutions, but i dont know how well they worked, just keep massaing it, and it will go away eventually.

Sounds like some sort of muscle spasm. Have you done some out of the norm excercise lately? Good old Tylenol

More than likely it is just a cramp but you really need to ask a doctor before believing anyone. A doctor is really the only one who can diagnose anyone.

Could be sciatica, or possibly just a pulled muscle. I'd get it checked out by a doctor if it persists.

You best be careful it isn't an annerism (not sure how to spell it) but anyway go get it checked out. They should do a sonogram of that area.
