Sweet and Sour Tofu

2 T. sesame oil
1 small white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup diced tomatoes, canned
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 (12.5oz) pkg of extra firm tofu cut in small cubes

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, red and green peppers, and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute another 5 minutes.
Add one at a time: white wine vinegar, honey, diced tomatoes, and pineapple juice. Stir well after each addition.
Add the tofu and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice.

Here is another one

Tofu-stir-fry recipe

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. veggie "chicken type" seasoning (I used a bulk brand)
3/4 tsp. ground ginger (I would recommend 1/2 tsp.)
1 Cup thinly sliced carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Cups broccoli flowerets
6 oz. tofu, cubed (extra firm)
Hot cooked brown rice

Stir together water, dry sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, seasoning
and ginger. Set aside. Spray a wok or skillet with non-stick spray (so it
says...I used about 2 T. water - no spray...no oil). Preheat skillet over
medium heat. Add carrots and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli
and stir-fry 3-4 min. more or until veggies ar crisp tender. Push veggies
from center of skillet. Stir sauce and add to center of skillet and stir
until thick and bubbly. Add tofu. Stir all ingredients together to coat
with sauce. Cook and stir one minute. Serve over hot cooked brown rice.

Pour the broth in with the cornstarch, stir, upload the potatoes and positioned across it to a boil. upload the cream, stir, and decrease to a simmer until the potatoes are delicate and gentle. whilst simmering upload the salt/pepper to style. in case you may desire to make the recipe vegan, use soy somewhat than the dairy products.

Cut-up tofu medium dice( 1/2-3/4 inch cube) marinate in your favorite marinade, I would take a teriyaki sauce, marinate about an hour and make a quick stir fry, use your favorite veggies or a frozen veggie blend.

Do a veggie chili with tofu.
Onions, bell peppers, stewed/diced tomatoes (mexican style), rice beans (black and kidney) and spices of course. Crumble the tofu and add anytime during the cooking process.
