You were born the way you were supposed to be.
I don't know what happens to people to make them confused, but confused they are when they think they need a sex change.

I think it's wrong-God gave you a gender for a reason. To mess with that is in my opinion wrong. It's messing with God's plan for you and your life. I do think it relates to homosexuality for the reasons you said, you end up sleeping with people of your own gender. I say this b/c since your soul is still that of the same person, I don't think God recongnizes you as a different gender. As far as "dress codes" I don't think thats the issue. Those
"rules" are set forth by society, not God so I don't think God gets to big into what you wear.
Oh yea, and to correct a few people, I'm a christian and I don't hate people-I do hate some actions people take, but not the people. Please don't make massive blanket statements that have no real back-up.

I'm not a bible thumper so I can't tell you the exact place but I have come across it. A man mustn/t have sex with a man. We're not to dress like another of the opposite sex.
Having said this I don't believe you can have a sex change and get it on with the other sex. You're just rationalizing.
Another thing I don't do is call myself a Christian. Not that I'm ashamed but it has such a self rightious ring to it because I am so unlike my master. If somebody calls me Christian that is fine.
It makes me feel good.

The Bible doesn't say anything specifically about thou should or thou should not have a sex change operation; however, since these bodies were created by God, and since each soul was issued one to exist in this flesh life, I would think that God would not be happy with our changing our sex. If God purposed for a person to be born a specific gender, I would also think it an insult to him to change that, as if God didn't do it properly the first time. When God created man in the flesh, he looked at his creation (all of it) and stated that it was good. It does not surprise me at all that man would think he could make a better decision about it, or do a better job at it.

well. if having something cutoff, reshaped, taking alot of supplements and hormones to maintain an illusion...is kosher. Then either God made an error or He condones this? Can it not be something driven by a psychological need, a lust for what you don't have? If, this is a natural occurrence, why is there such open hostility between homosexuals and Christianity? Wouldn't you have a little compassion for the Christians, if you absolutely knew you were right?

Interesting question. I'm not sure I have an answer for it but I'll try. Christians shouldn't hate people. Jesus never hated anyone. However he did hate sin. Therefore we are to hate sin and love the sinner. As for sex changes and homosexuality, if they are considered sin from a Biblical perspective then they are sin. Are Christians to judge these people? NO. That is for God. Our role as Christians is to show the love of Christ to everyone. I hope this helps.

In the Bible there is this one scripture that says; 'a woman shall not wear what pertaineth to a man, nor a man wear what pertainteth to a woman.'
In churches no matter the kind, Methodist, Baptist, Catholic, Pentacostal there is always some aguement on that. Alot of people think it's about wearing pants and what not.
I don't think that's 100% correct because I'm pretty sure people who live in the time B.C were cloths wrapped around them.
To my point. GOD made every woman with their own body features and men with thier own.
GOD tells us that we are HIS best creation. At no time do we have a right to change what GOD created.
GOD has given me a right to choose, I choose to obey HIM with my all, not my desires, for on my own I don't even no what is "right," GOD teaches me and I listen to HIM.
WE shouldn't let the temption of lusts and flesh take control of our spirits.

Instead of asking a "Christian" you need to ask God for yourself, apparently you know it is wrong if you are asking. God wants us to be happy with how He created us it is not up to us to make a new creation of what we should be. If this is a desire you have and you want to be delivered from this He can help you it will take work on your part and faith and with the two of those you can conquer anything from drugs, stealing, lust and yes even wanting to change your gender. God does not make mistakes if He made us women and men that is what He intended.

The book of Romans and the Old Testament commandment that a man shall not wear that which pertaineth to a woman (crossdressing) and vice versa. So yeah, I would say that it is wrong. The whole sordid affair.

The first question is all I will speak of.
Sex changes are not good. God says your body is a temple of himself and to defile yourself is to sin. Each person is created a certain way and as such be in the lives physically.
