Yeah, and its really confusing me…
I have a “relative”..
He’s related to me as the cousin of my uncle who married my aunt. I am blood related to her but not them.
So what is he to me?? Is there a proper title for him, or is he not really anything?
Its really confusing :S!
Please help!!

In all actuality he is your aunt's cousin by marriage. He is no relation to you or your mother at all.

If you are thinking about having him for dinner, it doesn't matter. If you are considering his thing for sex, consult with your mother as she might know the difference between good sex partners and less than adequate endowed bed partners.If you are going to woo him, it will be ok especially if your live south of the Ohio river
