I noticed today that after eating the area under my chin feels a bit puffy and swollen sort of like its retaining fluid.I do not have a cold,no fever etc.But I have been noticing my gums are very sore after brushing,could this be related?

It could be related. It might be an allergic reaction to what you ate. What ever you ate eat a little bit again to see if that is the case. Go see your doctor.

Could be related to teeth grinding or clenching. You could be doing this in your sleep without realizing it.
