Actually, I eat less at dinner if I eat breakfast and lunch.
It's taste is only determined by how well it is cooked.

But I also cannot go out in the morning without eating breakfast. I have to start my day by eating something, even if it's just a glass of milk and a pop-tart.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, though, because it gets your body started with the energy it needs. When you eat lunch usually depends on how much breakfast you had and how much activity you've engaged in since then. It's not good to eat a big dinner and then go right to bed; your body absorbs all the calories in the food and your stomach works most of the night to clear itself. Since your body goes into a dormant type mode while you sleep, this is also not conducive to good sleep. Your body is trying to digest food and power down at the same time.

You will have more energy and feel much better during the day. And I think your body will actually crave healthy food and less junk. So you probably will eat more (but healthier) for supper.
