Hello Kitty is very "in" with Asian girls of all ages. It's also very pink.

Hang a beautiful kimono. There are some exquisite kimono's in various shades of pink.

Actually though, if you go to World Market and ask a few people on the sales staff to help you, they will probably have some great suggestions.

You may also want to peruse these web sites:

Jlist has probably the best overall selection, but if you have an adult content filter on your computer, you may not be able to view the site. It has everything from chopsticks to Japanese porn. However, you will find many items that fit your needs there. The site is HUGE!

First you said add girlie then add prep. So I am not sure my Idea is good or not.

At flea markets near us they have a booth that sells Kimono Robes. They are beautiful and embroidered, I saw one hung on a bamboo pole (run it across through the sleeves ) then hang it on the wall as girlie decor. Just a thought. They have had them
in fabulous shades of every color.

Good Luck. and Happy New Year.

Well, you could hang a kimono on the wall. Big impact! They are very affordable in the clothing section of asian markets, if you have one close by. Slip a long wooden pole through the armholes like they do in Asian art museums.

Use pink in the decor. Think about cherry blossoms and lotus flowers.

I'd also suggest getting some fans and find at least one image or statue of a female Bodhisattva!
