In other words, who baptized him? Oh, and if he was holy, why did he need to get baptized?

John the baptist baptized Jesus, He did this as an example to the others that were wondering about how they could be saved too. Every good leader leads by example not by delegation

Baptizim is a symbolic act of declaring ones Faith and alegance... The mortal Body of Jesus The Christ was both Fully God and fully man. The man made the act of alegance and faith to The God. Jesus was baptized by his mortal cousin John The Baptist who had the authority of God to Baptize.

Let us remember what John 1:14 "the word became flesh" all flesh needs to be born of spirit and although John the baptist did not have this authority it was granted to him by Jesus so that Jesus and us can be one before the father.
