I put a prerecorded DVD in, and it must have gotten stuck. It's frozen on "LOAD," and it won't shut off or eject the dvd. Don't want to break it, but have to get my dvd back to Blockbuster!

You'll need to take it into a SAmsung approved repair shop.

The prerecorded DVD is damaged, thus causing it to get stuck in the drive. There should be a little pinhole on the DVD drive tray that you can push a pin or straightened paper clip through to manually eject the disc.
