Find a pic, take it to ANY salon, and tell them that is what you want to look like, they should not deny you....its your money; if they want it, they'll do it.

Give yourself a mohawk:
1)Put your hair into a ponytail.
2)Lay down a strip of tape (the width of the tape depends on how wide you want your hawk) from your forehead to the nape of your neck.
3) Shave around the tape. Voila, instant mohawk.
Alternately, you could do the punk rock thing and cut your own hair. :)
If you want a specific style, try to get a picture of it. Look up some old punk pictures for ideas.

well, where do you live? i'm sure there are plenty of places to get a "punk haircut" but a more accurant answer could be provided if your location was made known.
