Hmmmm.. Do you REALLY want it???????????
If you do... it will be HARD.
1. DON'T STOP EATING. If you'll stop eating period- you will always be tired, you will gain the weight back as soon as you eating again, your metabolism will slow down (something you can NOT afford).
2. MUST EXERCISE.... A LOT. Hit treadmill, StairMaster, what ever. YOu will need a lot of cardio, to raise the calorie burn.
6 days a week for an hour and a half, start walk in/ jogging/ stair climbing slowly, and after a week or so raise the tempo.
3. Eat smaller meals 6 times a day, to keep metabolism working.
FORGET about Twinkies, cake, soda-pop, beer, booze, fast food, BREAD (absolutely no BREAD), pizza etc..
SAlads, turkey, Non-fat dressings, fish. NOTHING FRIED.
4. Drink over a gallon of water EVERY DAY.
you will.
If you these things YOU WILL loose weight.
YOU MUST COMMIT. if you do it half-@$$, and miss days, or eat crap-food for at least one day- the regime is done, and you WILL do it again.
GET SERIOUS or DON't DO IT.
GOod LUCK.
P.S. don't get too excited after you loose first 5 lbs. fast, all it is - extra water in your system, don't reward yourself with a Big MAc.
KEEP WORKING HARD.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

My weight and heights about the same. Do 20-30 min. of pilates 2-3 times a week focusing on stomach and thighs. Keep away from carbs, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water. I saw results in a week when I did this.

eat well, six meals per day, this means the same amount of food you eat in a day, but spread out in smaller portions. Do weights, this will help you metabolism and burn fat, (dont worry you wont become huge as many people think) and do cardio, mmm it is weird but work (jumping rope)

eat healthier foods, stay away from deep fried cheese curds and such, walking/running/jogging would really help tone up your stomach thighs and butt.
