i have no idea, but i kno that i dont get along with mi older and younger siblings!

the older siblings feel that they are too old to hang out with younger person it makes them feel like losers, and the younger kids think that the older siblings get more benefits being older. If they are young like 8 and 15 then the younger sibling should do something that can attract the older sibling to and get them to get along.

its just the way of life... younger siblings always try to be like or better then the older one. also the younger ones usually try to do everything the older one does & it could be very annoying to the older sibling. young siblings get in the way, and the older siblings, knowing that the younger ones are weaker, pick on them & make fun of them. its just how it is, although there are times when siblings get along!

Because younger siblings look up to their older siblings but the older siblings push them away and tend to make them fell like their nuisances. I think its the older siblings making it hard for the two to get along but thats just me.

Some do actually get along believe it or not, but that's life for ya.
My Mom is 40 and her Brother is 43 and they still don't get along.
I'm 15 and my Brother is 17, we get along pretty good most of the time I can honestly say, but my younger Bro(9) and my younger Sis(6) and I don't get along as good, but it's cause they are so much younger and don't understand as well. You may grow out of it you may not.
Just cherish your relationship you have with your little Sis for ever and always.

because older siblings are bossy know-it-alls. Problems between younger siblings and older siblings are usually started by the jelousy of the older sibling.

i have 6 siblings. 1 younger and 5 older. its hard and i understand your question 100%. its just that the older ones dont want to be bothered with their younger siblings. they just want to do their own thing. the truth though is that they really can. they just choose not to. sometimes i yell a my little sister and then i just feel so horrible. i know i have control but i just get annoyed easily, thats all. good luck with everything and remember that you have control. be nice to them and they'll respect you and be nice to you. thast how it goes!!

Parents sometimes favor or dislike one more than the others. This will cause conflicts. Every child is born with their own personality. Like in the adult world not all personalities get along. Why - no one seems to know. Ever meet someone that you had an instant dislike for and didn't know why?

The parents have issues raising kids, ie, preferences, or at least perceived preferences. I have 3 siblings and we get along fine.

Sure they can. I am 37 and my brother is 36 and we have NEVER EVER had an argument or fight in life. My 38 year old sister and I have had both on several occassions.
