Yes, you should be able to resume an interrupted download in iTunes 7 by clicking on the Downloads item on the left side and clicking the button to the right of the download you want to restart.

And by the way, saying things like 'someone answer this time!' isn't very nice and won't usually persuade anyone to help you.
