Go for something long. Is your hair curly? If so, when it is long, you can either straighten or enhance the curls. Because you say your hair is thick and frizzy (like mine), if you get a cut at chin level or neck, it will be very puffy, and it might make you look like a triangle. Try to grow it longer (to about a little below your breasts), and get a trim every 12 weeks or so.

LAYERS!!!! you would look very good in layers. ask the hairdresser to sort of frame your face with strands of hair. As for the frizzy and thick part, there's this really good thing my sister uses: Lancome Friz Deactivator, yes its actually called that!!! She has really frizzy hair too and it works really good on her. try it.

okay here goes my idea have a stylist straighten your hair completely then get razored long layers and a few face framing layers don't go shorter then shoulders though this would look pretty on you then ask how you can keep the look up after the visit

Time to buy a hair magazine!!! A similiar problem happened to me, I went to Baurnes and Noble- bought a Short Cuts magazine and now I love my hair! Also- if you are still confused don't be afraid to ask a hair stylist what they think. Thery usually know what is best!

good luck!

if it is frizzy and thick dont get it cut short!! it will look like a poof ball on your head. i would try and get it thinned and dont take much off the length. maybe try layers.

Well if you hair is frizzy I would let it grow out longer otherwise it will look bad, I would NOT cut it shorter

Sorry when you said frizzy all I could think of was Scary Spice.

you could do that just get your hair thinned out so it won't be so thick anymore and when you get your hair cut ask them to tell you step by step what they do so you can know how to maintain it.

Why not try totally bald? It's a great look for a young woman.
