I have major hip pain! My parents are out of town and my sister won't take me to the doctor(she's 22). It hurts so bad I wanna cry sometimes. WHEN I GO BACK TO SCHOOL I AM GOING TO SEE A TEACHER I HAD IN 3RD GRADE(IM IN 8TH GRADE NOW). HE USED TO BE A SPORTS INJUR DOCTOR(HE DIDNT GET HIS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY. JUST WANTED TO TEACH INSTEAD). SHOULD I ASK HIM ABOUT IT? MAYBE ASK HIM TO TAKE A QUICK LOOK? IT HURTS SO BAD AND I KNOW MY SISTER WON'T TAKE ME TO A DOCTOR. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY PARENTS.

Yes, you probably should run it by your teacher to see what he says. And your sister really ought to take you to a doctor, if it's hurting you that badly at your age.

Meanwhile, you might want to change how you sleep: Sometimes laying wrong will throw your bones out of alignment, including your hip.

Good luck!

If there's no way to go to a doctor, I would call 911 and tell them that I need an ambulance to take me to the er room at the hospital. This way you will be quaranteed to be seen by a doctor, and you won't have to wait for anyone.
