They said it all. There is a train station right at the gates of Disneyland Paris.
If you're staying at a Disney Hotel there's a shuttle from De Gaulle Airport, here's the schedule :

From Roissy/Charles-de-Gaulle to Disneyland® Resort Paris:
from 8h30 to 19h40 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
from 8h30 to 20h00 on Mondays and Thursdays,
from 8h30 to 22h00 on Fridays
from 8h30 to 21h30 on Sundays

From Disneyland® Resort Paris toRoissy/Charles-de-Gaulle:
from 7h30 to 19h55 on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays,
From 7h30 to 19h45 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Journeys last about 45 minutes plus time to take care of luggages and different stops.
Important : we strongly advise you to schedule your departure at least 2h30 BEFORE your check-in time.
More Information on : (0033) 01 72 30 10 25
or www.vea.fr

Price one way :
Adult : 16 euros
Children from 3 to 11 : 13 euros
Free for children under 3.

THEN if you're not staying in a Disney Hotel :

Take the RER B from De Gaulle Airport and make a change in Chatelet les Halles and jump in the RER A.

I recommend taking the RER train. The trains are frequent, reasonably priced, and no problem with traffic as in a taxi or bus. The trip is only about 15 minutes, depending on which stop you go to in Paris. In a city where a cup of coffee can cost 4 euros, I guess a taxi could be prohibitively expensive, like more than 30 euros for sure. Take the RER and you'll have some extra money for souvenirs.

There is a direct bus from the airport to Disney land.
see web site adp.fr
You can also take the train "RER B" to chatelet and change for" RER A" to disneyland. It is longer but cheaper.
Have a nice trip to Paris

Your best bet is to get on the RER and take the A4 train to Marne-la-Vallee Chessney, which is the end of the line, and the stop right outside the gates of Disneyland Paris.
