NO......all a goosebump is.....is a normal, healthy skin pore which is raised TEMPORARILY from the surface.
But u go ahead and try, and let all of us know how it turned out. Enjoy your blemish.

no, its a tiny pucker of skin raised by a *tiny* mussle attached to each hair at the very base of it, the mussle retracts when you are cold to trap air near the skin to stay warmer. no subaceaus material to speak of.
