Yes, it certianly will resume the download once the computer is turned back on again and the Limewire software is launched. However, it also depends if you get uploaders (leads) for the same file when you are back. If no one is available with the same file to upload when you are back, it might take some time before you can actually start the download again.

yes.all your half downloaded tunes will resume when you turn it back on, but you have to make sure you open limewire up again when you switch your pc back on.limewire also keeps a history of incomplete downloads you can always return to in the future if you can't finish a download now

I would use a decent anti-virus scan software first for ,
"if you don't know", Limewire, and bearshare are file sharing web sites which are full of virus's and tracking cookie's which will be downloaded on to your computer,,without your knowledge to record what web sites you visit, and to steel your password, sure the music download is free, but at the expense of spying on your computer, I don't think I would like that some how. but then one is born every minute so they say. good luck.

yes. you can set it to resume downloading when your computer turns on or you can set it to resume when you open limewire again. you can do this by going to tools->options->advanced->system startup and thn click the box that says to choose whether or not you want it to start automatically when you turn on the computer.
