I usually use a home gym but I decided to start using 1 handed dumbells and doing curls, but im getting some blisters, am I doing somthing wrong? one is just below the first finger and the other is about 3 cm under the finger next to my pinky, is there a way to prevent this?

You should definetly get weight lifting gloves, Dick's sporting goods has them for under $20 that will eliminate blistering and slipping.

if u mean calluses there normal i get em too, dont wear gloves. gloves are for p ussies, and they help u with the lifts. anyway the calluses will make ur hands stronger and ur only lifting to get stronge rso have fun and get so many calluses on ur hands ur hands dissapear
