as opposed to cutting just once and cutting deep [which will scar like hell by the way] cut a few times but more shallowly. this will avoid hitting a vein. althoguh obviously the best thing to do is stop completely. try holding ice. same release but no scars. join a new club take up an instrument. anything to take up youre time and keep you busy. this also has the bonus of meeting new people who wont judge you based on what they already know. most people think about suicide but few actually do it. think about the repercussions. imagine what youre death would do to youre family. you sisters esecially they would go through life thinking that you couldnt bear life with them. this could make them more likely to do the same.
you could also call the samaritans, or anyone. talk about how you feel with someone you trust. youd be suprised how undersatnding people are.
and if all this doesnt work then see a doctor. i personally would avoid meds as they can turn you into a robot but on the other hand they do help with the extreme feelings.
if you want more advice or just want to talk generally. email me.

I would recommend looking for a group in your area of people who also cut themselves. Maybe you can identify with them, and know that others also suffer like you do. I had a friend when I was younger who did this, and it hurt so bad to not be able to help her. Please, try to find some people to talk to. Okay? Good luck, and hang in there...life is tough at your age.

You need to talk to someone you trust or a therapist about your feelings. Try to figure out why your doing this to yourself and why your unhappy,so you can stop and be a role model for your sisters.

You need to talk to somebody right away. Make an appointment with a mental health clinic right now. Do your parents know?? If they don't , tell them so they can help you...If you are having thoughts of suicide, you need to speak with someone immediately.

I think you need to speak to your mother about this. If you're not comfortable with that, talk to your school councelor or even a responsible adult in your family. Just make sure and talk to someone who can help you and your family.

please know that things will get easier. i know this for a fact.
you do need to think of your little sisters. get help if not for yourself but for them. my older sister committed suicide and i never stop hurting about it now for over 30 years.
you will not always feel like this. being your age is very difficult. you need support, you need people that understand. they are out there. start asking for help even if that is very hard.

hm....why should u be angry or sad? why shouldn't u be happy?
maybe u can tell your friends, or your family what is your thought, and how u feel, and why. it would be more better if u share things with someone

Hey!
Wait, do not kill yourself, please! If you think you're mom will be mad if you tell her about suicidal thoughts, and plans she won't! Trust me mine wasn't! Please hang in there!
