There is indeed a 100+Mega Pixel camera sensor. It's not for commercial use though. I believe the site said it's used by the US Naval Observatory for Astronomy use. Such high Mega Pixels would be useless in most other applications.

I heard of 1 Giga Pixel camera, but it's not a
commercially available camera.
