Honey you are doing the most important , wonderful thing that you will ever do for your baby! The fact that you have lost all but ten pounds in four months is amazing! You use about 1000 calories every day just making all the milk that your baby drinks in a day! When you wean your baby you will have all the time in the world to worry about losing that little ten pounds that you are worrying about! You really need to concentrate on eating all the things that will help you to produce nutritious milk. As your baby gets older he will need more and more things from your milk. You need to eat a wide variety of good food to provide the necessary things for your baby. Now is certainly NOT the time to think about dieting! Enjoy this time with your baby and you will be SO happy when you look back on it. Remember also that it takes lots of fluid to make milk so always have something to drink in your hand.
This is such a short time in your life. Enjoy it!
Blessings

Choose healthier food choices and eat smaller portions. Little changes in your diet can make a big difference like cutting pop, cutting out candy or sweets, cutting down portion sizes by half. These little changes may just be what you need to lose those last few pounds.
You may also weight a little bit more now because you are breastfeeding a have a little extra weight from the milk production.

Obviously, as others have mentioned, it's important not to lose TOO much weight while breastfeeding, as it may diminish the amt of nutrients in your breast milk. But before I go on, let me congratulate you on your efforts to breastfeed! I nursed my son till he was 2 yrs, & had stored enough breastmilk to last another 6 mos. He's now 15yo & I can count on 1 hand the number of times he's been sick!
As for your weight, keep in mind that while nursing you may weigh more b/c of your breasts. They do say that breastfeeding is good for keeping your abs in shape - don't remember why, I just remember hearing that.
But to lose weight w/little or no exercise is asking a little much. That weight didn't just appear overnite. Eat healthy. Lots of fruits & veggies & drink plenty of water, as with any "diet". Taking walks w/baby - even just 15 mins each day - is a great way to lose some weight. Check prevention.com for ways to exercise WITH baby. There are also some good videos out that show exercises.
Again, congratulations & best wishes!

While breast feeding you'll lose weight automatically. Just watch what you eat. Try exercising w/ the baby as a weight.
And, remember that a little exercise can go a long way, especially if you rarely do any exercise now.

you're breastfeeding, so stop worrying about it.
it's only 10 pounds, lose it once you stop nursing.
if you diet or take diet aids, then you could be short changing your baby's milk nutrients or putting something harmful into it.
if you exercise, then that's o.k. but you don't want to, so don't worry about it....how about you take baby out for a walk everyday. sunshine and fresh air is always good for the little ones. i take my 3 month old out as much as possible.
so, either get a bit of excercise or stop worrying about it and get a body shaper to look better in clothes and lose it later!!!
i recommend spanx, they are great body shapers!

Be patient.
9 months on, 9 months off.
You can safely cut about 100 calories per day from your diet and mildly increase your exercise (just take a walk with baby every day) and you'll probably see some different.
