Different for different people but they may include: insomnia, inability to concentrate, feeling a heavy chest, having trouble breathing, restlessness, a high pulse (or feeling as if you have one), having trouble standing, shaking, increased "brain activity" (thinking about more things at once) and everything people upstairs and downstairs are saying. I used to get them a lot, not so much any more. It always helped me to try to focus on breathing through my stomach and taking a long walk. If they seem frequent there are various medications that can help but some of them can be addictive. Sometimes they can be related to something in your life that is unresolved, in this case it is helpful to see a therapist.

Racing heart, sweaty palms, breathing faster sometimes to the point of hyperventilating, mind racing, feeling spacey, and some feel like they think they are having a heart attack. But, relax. It will pass in a few minutes.

Head ache, for hours, confusion (you know what you want to do, but you don't do it, and keep think you have to do it) Problem in concentration. Fast heart beats. Shivering. Cold feet. Sweaty hands.
Consult your doctor, it becomes worse if not treated in early stage.
