What bad things come from eating flour? What good things? I am kind of a health freak and I like to eat healthy, but i don't know if eating flour is good. What does it have to do with weight gain? Will it make me gain more weight? Does it stay in my body?

It is going to depend somewhat on the nature of the flour. If you are talking about the ultra-white, bleached fiber-free pastry flour it basically forms a wall-paper paste coating your digestive tract so that you do not properly absorbe vitamins and nutrition.

That is why it is always better to use whole-grain flours. The whole-grain contains fiber which helps scrape junk off of your digestive tract.
