One of best ways I found is lay in floor/mat with arms stretch out holding a bar if have use of gym.Legs all way over touch bar. This rounds, tones and lower abs.It takes little time do about 3 sets of 20 to start for 1st week.4-5 days rest day and start 4-5 more. You have to strengthen lower back muscles .That hits the area walk/run is always good.

First, losing weight will not make your bottom sag. If anything it will look tighter. Next, begin thinking about doing squats and lifting your leg behind you. Run, get on a ski machine or actually go cross country skiing. Play basketball. Stand straight and clench your buttocks tightly for 10-20 seconds, rest a minute and do it again. Repeat up to 10 times a session. Walk backward. This will amaze you, that you must learn the coordination to do it easily and what muscles become tired when you do it.

Walking without a doubt! Walking is what our bodies were designed for and if you consistently walk at a fairly good pace every other day, you will have a shapely and firm derriere.
Don't even waste your time with exercise gadgets or spot reducers as research indicates they do not work at all. Good old fashion walking is a great for all the organs, increases circulation, and tones the body especially the legs, thigh muscles, buttocks and abdomen as well.
