Sen benim hayatımsın, hayatımın aşkısın, ömrümün sebebisin. Seni seviyorum aşkım!

You're my life, you're the love of my life, and the reason of my life. I love you darling!

Ehe, I wanted to spice it up a bit :)

Has anyone translated his notes for you? Better have that done before you send him a love note. You never can tell what his notes are really saying.

Welsh...'Rwy'n dy garu di.....(NOT ti!!!) (It mutates!!)

Russian..Ya vas loobloo...(phonetic...I don't have cyryllic on my computer)

Portuguese + Spanish...te amo. (Te quiero = I like you)

French....Je t'aime (beaucoup) (a lot).

Only dreamin must have been only dreamin :

You would only say Je vous aime to more than one person or to someone you did'nt know very well(unlikely) or to say your grandparents. Je t'aime is better.

Amo-o is I love him

Ya loobloo vas (sorry phonetic again) should be ya vas loobloo.
I can't comment on the others but i would n't bet on them being correct either.
