My thighs especially bother me. I want to be skinny!

There are girls who are way heavier than me, but they look great in the tight jeans! I look ok, but I just don't feel confident enough. :-(

You are fine!!!! The bad thing is you are obsessing. No one is perfect. Everyone thinks someone is in better shape. Put it out of your mind. Eat healthy, but don't deny yourself some goodies once in a while. Have fun.

Sounds proper, besides the indisputable fact that that's not a chance to say because noone can see you, and thinness/fatness is subjective anyhow. 118 seems diverse on diverse human beings relying on bones, muscle and so on. speaking from my personal experience, that's my correct and weight, and that i exercising recurring 4-5 circumstances a week and devour healthful, and human beings say i look skinny because i have were given a lot of muscular tissues. in truth if I lose more beneficial than 3-4 pounds my ribs stick out and that i look actually skeletal. see you later as you've a healthful existence kind, it would not count number, so i'd recommend to be happy with your body and under no circumstances obsess too a lot.

I'm 13, 5'2", and weigh 118lbs too, I do look a bit chubby in my stomache area, I want to lose about 8lbs, I used to weigh almost 130lbs, but then I started dieting, so I would say, since everyone is different, you are a normal weight, but at the very most, if you really felt like you wanted to, 8lbs off may be okay, but you don't have to.

What kind of question is that? No you're not over weight? You haven't been looking at that stupid BMI chart have you? That thing told me I was obsese when I was 5'2, 120 lbs, and 15% body fat. It leaves no room for suggestions about genetics. I used to have a problem with my big thighs until I figured out that they are inherited. Some things you just have to live with. I did and the men are loving it.

It depends on your body type too. If you have larger bones than most then you would be a bit on the thin side. If you have small bones then you might be a little over weight, don't lose more then 10lbs though. Talk to your doctor before you do any dieting.

a BMI of 18.5- 24.9 suggests that you are at a perfect weight for your height. it isnt ountil ur BMI reaches 25-29.9 that u could even remotely be considered overweight, and the its not till over a BMI of 30, that u could be considered clinically obese. so that makes u a perfect weight. so dont worry so much,, ur good.

your body fat is typical for a woman. you are definately not overweight, but if you are unhappy with your weight, set a goal to shave off a few pounds. i would say 8 at the most. this could be easily obtained by walking/jogging reguarly and eating better. because thats whats most important, is you being happy with your body.
