I assume you mean aside from amputation. -- Seriously, losing fat from specific areas is difficult. You should try to lose fat in general at first (to me, losing fat is different than losing weight) and I'll bet your thighs will decrease in size. If that isn't good enough you can use toning exercises to firm up your thigh muscles, but that won't remove fat. If you're absolutely determined to reduce the amount of fat in you thighs and nothing has worked then consider liposuction. Liposuction is the only certain method of getting rid of some fat cells and not others. Good Luck!

Why would you want to get rid of your thighs. You need your thighs. Try a grenade. It'll blow your thighs off.

Don't laugh, but get a thigh-master. It won't tone many parts of your body (although you can use it on your upper arms as well), but it works for what it says it will do. Good luck.

You can't specifically reduce one part of your body. You must tone up your entire body.
