well i always find him looking at me, he always comes and sits by me in classes, he always pushes me down the hall so i push back and he pushes back also, when we walk passed each other in the hall he will run in to me or he'll brush up against my arm.. its weird cuz he tells ppl he doesnt like ne1, i'm so confused

He could be telling people he does not like you as a front. Maybe to protect his ego in case you don't like him or he could be putting on a show in front of his friends. Try calling him after school and get a feel for his reaction minus the crowds of the hallways. Or you can hang out somewhere after school see how he reacts . Good luck :)
