What does it mean when a guy tells you he cares about you but has never said he loves you and he also wants to continue seeing you.

He's taking things slow. Which is always a good idea. Don't rush him into saying something he's not ready to.

I agree that when you love somebody and don’t care - that’s not love. Because I think Love forces you to be careful about the thing or person. And be caring is the basic need of love to someone.

It means that he wants to remain good friends but not relationship wise. But to answer ? love would totally win vs. caring about someone.

he probably does love you but is just afraid of the reaction he might get. i know that with my boyfriend i have to clue him in on what i am comfortable with. I've basically learned that they worry as much as we do.
