When I am sure that it is the right thing to do. YES. Some people don't want hugs. Some situations call for discretion. I would not be afraid to hug anyone in any situation if God wanted me to. I read my Bible and pray, always looking to do God's will. There has been a time that I thought I wanted to give a hug and when I started towards the person, I felt deep within it was wrong so I stopped. I have hugged a total stranger that I had walked past and felt deep down it was right to go back and hug them. God Bless
