Food and water out 2 hours before bed, yes. Also, you may want to leash her to your night stand and close the area off a little bit. Then line the ground with a blanket or sheet and make sure that she can't get off of it. She won't want to potty in her den and will probably wake you. Also, you might try waking up at least twice to give her an extra couple potty breaks.

This dog may not be used to holding her potty all night if she was allowed to use the paper. The best way to train a dog to hold it's potty is to buy a kennel and at keep her food and water dish in it and at night put her in the kennel all night long. A dog will not go to the bathroom where it eats so after a couple of nights with possible accidents, she will stop going at night.

Sounds like she can not hold it yet. Feed your dog in the morning and early evening. If you leave food out - take it away AFTER you eat dinner. This way she will have time to go to the bathroom before going to bed. There is nothing wrong with taking away food AND water until she gets older and can hold her bladder. Good luck.

treat her like a puppy for a while. everytime you get up in the night, take her outside to use the bathroom. after a while she will learn that is the proper procedure and things will be good. It might not hurt to restrict her food and water intake after 8 PM

you can retrain the dog to go outside, however it will take a lot of patience and consistency. each time you see your dog begin to use the paper, take her outside. after a while, she'll go right for the door instead

i think you should train her to go pii wiii outside but if she keeps pii wii inside you should tell her and make her recognize that she should not do it. but don,t take food away from her just because she pii wiis inside that is like animal cruelty.

Dogs usually will not soil where they sleep so crate the dog.
